How To Transform Your Life

Monday 7th – Friday 11th August 2017

Experience how to transform your life into a blissful journey with these guided meditations. A retreat is a spiritual holiday that allows us to explore the peace of our own mind.

The retreat will follow the teachings from the recent International Kadampa Buddhist Festival, so if you did not have a chance to attend then this will be a wonderful opportunity to re-create the experience.

Gen Kelsang Pagpa, the Resident Teacher in Preston, will be visiting Nagarjuna Centre to guide this retreat. He is well-loved for his gentleness and compassion.

This retreat is open to everyone, whether or not you have any previous experience of meditation. It starts with an introduction at 7.30pm on Monday and finishes with lunch at 1pm on Friday.
