Friday 2nd – Sunday 4th June
Gen Kelsang Dornying, the Resident Teacher at KMC Austrailia, will be visiting Nagarjuna Centre to guide this retreat on the practice of Buddha Maiterya. These special prayers and meditations can help us to develop our love and explore our potential for the universal compassion of a Buddha.
Enjoy some time out to focus on this beautiful practice. Each guided retreat session will include prayers and guided meditations to help us feel close to Buddha Maitreya and receive his blessings.
This retreat is open to everyone, whether or not you attended the Spring Festival.
The retreat starts with an introduction at 7.30pm on Friday, and finishes with lunch at 1pm on Sunday.
Gen Kelsang Dornying will be visiting from Australia to guide this retreat.
