These relaxation weekends are designed to cultivate inner peace through meditation, making you feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world.
Each session includes guided meditations and Buddhist teachings on developing positive attitudes. These courses are suitable for everyone and offer a perfect introduction to meditation and Buddhist thought. We generally sit on chairs to ensure everyone is comfortable, but there are cushions on the floor if you prefer.

You will be asked to pay a deposit for your desired accommodation when you book, and we will confirm this by email as availability is limited. The balance of payment will be due on arrival.
Please remember to bring a paper or electronic receipt with you to the course.
If you are under 18, you will need to be accompanied by an adult.
