This hour-long class is for parents and children to learn meditation and positive ways of thinking to help make family life more harmonious.
Meditation helps us to develop inner peace and relax, letting go of life’s stresses and worries. The class will consist of a relaxing meditation followed by fun positive thinking activities for children and a short workshop for adults.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome, there is no need to book in advance.
£2.50 per adult, £2.50 per child or £8 for 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 2 free.
