Finding freedom from negativity 4-week course
Weekly drop-in classes with Kadam Bridget Heyes
Dates: March 18, 25, April 1, 8
Time: 7.15 – 8.30pm
Cost: £6 per class, or £20 for the whole course
Negative ways of thinking undermine our day-to-day peace of mind and can become persistent bad habits. Buddhist wisdom can help us discover practical methods to counteract each negative train of thought and bring us mental freedom.
Each class consists of relaxing guided meditations and a teaching on how to improve our well-being by developing positive states of mind and inner peace in our daily life. You can sit on a chair or on cushions on the floor and no physical exercise is involved. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience necessary.
After the class, you are welcome to stay for hot drinks and a chat in the café.
