Date: Thursday 21st March 2019

In our busy modern lives, it can be hard to find the space to relax and centre ourselves. Meditation is a simple technique to help us cultivate inner peace – it is easy to learn, and anyone can do it. Let an inspiring and experienced teacher introduce you to all the benefits of meditation.
The event will consist of relaxing guided meditations and a teaching on how to improve our well-being by developing positive states of mind and inner peace in our daily life.
Everyone is welcome, you do not need any previous experience of meditation.
