We are all busy, and find it hard to find time to meditate or even to relax! This short course will look at how we can use all the activities of our busy modern lives to help us maintain a peaceful, controlled mind.
This half-day workshop will include guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply meditation to all our daily activities. It will be a perfect introduction to mindfulness meditation.
