Keeping our thoughts focused in a constructive direction is a skill we can learn, just like any other. This course will provide simple guidelines that anyone can follow to lead a more positive and rewarding life.
This meditation day will include teachings, guided meditations, and short Buddhist prayers. The cafe will be open during breaks to allow time to relax with like-minded people.
