Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellations received more than one week before the event will be refunded minus 25% of the course fee
• Cancellations received less than one week before will be refunded minus 50% of the course fee
• Cancellations received less than 24hrs before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness (including Covid-19), or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances.

Donating cancelled Fees to International Temple’s Project.  Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is a registered charity. If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation.
