Weekly drop-in classes

Evening class: Thursdays 7 – 8pm
Lunchtime class: Tuesday 1 – 1.45pm

Each class consists of relaxing guided meditations and a teaching on how to improve our well-being by developing positive states of mind and inner peace in our daily life. We sit on chairs and no physical exercise is involved.

Don’t worry if you’ve missed the beginning of a course: each class is self-contained, and you can join at any time for a cost of £7 per class (pay on the door, cash only)

In this series of meditation classes, learn to dissolve away the biggest obstacle to finding that happiness – the constant inner noise and turbulence. Get new tips each week for making your mind clear, bright, and most importantly, quiet. In this way, you’ll develop the power to be happy and maintain that happier state, no matter what challenges life brings.
