Cost: History tour, meditation & afternoon tea £22.50 per person
A day out with a difference, consisting of a guided history tour of Thornby Hall and grounds, a meditation, followed by a scrumptious afternoon tea.
Our famous afternoon teas consist of:
- sandwiches – cheese, cucumber and egg mayonnaise
- savoury cheese scone with onion chutney
- sweet scone with Rodda’s clotted cream and jam
- French macaroons
- a selection of home-made cakes
- chocolate-covered strawberries

We only have limited places available, so advance booking is essential.
Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations received more than one week before the event will be refunded minus 25% of the course fee
- Cancellations received less than one week before will be refunded minus 50% of the course fee
- Cancellations received less than 24hrs before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Donating cancelled Fees to International Temple’s Project. Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is a registered charity. If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation.
