Description
The mini retreat weekends are designed to cultivate inner peace through practical Buddhist teaching, leaving you refreshed, energised, and ready to take on the world! The course starts at 7.30pm on Friday and ends at 3.30pm on Sunday.
This weekend you will have the wonderful opportunity to attend a half day course with Kadam Bridget Heyes , the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC and the NKT National Spiritual Director of the UK, on Understandng reality: the Buddhist path to wisdom.
There will be plenty of time between sessions to enjoy the café and countryside walks.
Enjoy a distraction-free retreat in cosy en-suite accommodation. Our quiet, peaceful grounds are perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in meditation. Surrounded by 17 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens, lake & woodland walks, you can truly feel rested & revived.

Twin/double* en-suite: £370 for two people. *If you would like a double bed, we can place the beds together; please add a note when booking.

Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations received more than one week before the event will be refunded minus 25% of the course fee
- Cancellations received less than one week before will be refunded minus 50% of the course fee
- Cancellations received less than 24hrs before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Donating cancelled Fees to International Temple’s Project. Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre is a registered charity. If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation.
