Description

Learn simple Buddhist meditation techniques to help you relax, overcome stress and face challenges with a more positive mind. Meditation is a set of straightforward techniques for developing inner peace and positive ways of thinking.

Each session is self-contained, so you can drop in at any time. We sit on chairs to ensure everyone is comfortable, and no physical exercise is involved.

Nagarjuna KMC is a haven of peace and a beautiful place to visit and you are welcome to stay and enjoy a walk around the grounds.
