Buddhist mantra is a time-honoured technique for calming and controlling the mind. These two sessions of teaching and guided meditation will explore how we can protect our minds from negativity through the power of mantra recitation.
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this relaxing break from daily life, no previous experience necessary.
Teacher: Kadam Bridget Heyes
Kadam Bridget Heyes is the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC and the NKT National Spiritual Director of the UK. She is a senior disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practising for over 30 years.
Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
Nagarjuna KMC is a haven of peace and a beautiful place to visit. The Café will be open from 9.30, and you are welcome to stay and relax or enjoy a walk around the grounds after the course.
We only have limited places available for in-person classes, so advance booking is recommended.

Cancellations received more than one week before the event will be refunded minus 25% of the course fee
Cancellations received less than one week before will be refunded minus 50% of the course fee
Cancellations received less than 24hrs before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
