We hold regular meditation courses, from a half-day introduction to long weekends. They are suitable for everyone, however much experience you have of meditation.
With teachings on practical ways to maintain positive states of mind and guided meditations, these events provide a welcome break from our busy lives, and leave us feeling refreshed and energized. Come and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of time between meditation sessions to appreciate the World Peace Cafe and beautiful grounds.
Courses consist of brief prayers and teachings followed by guided meditations. Refreshments are served between sessions and a delicious two-course vegetarian lunch is included in the cost.
