We all develop negative thoughts and feelings at times, but if we follow them, they become an unbearable burden. In these two sessions of teaching and meditation, learn how to let go of those unhelpful emotions.
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this relaxing break from daily life, no previous experience necessary.
